• I have been bringing all of my vehicles here for years. I've needed alignments and brake work, diagnostics, engine and transmission replacements, A/C, to name several. Even my Classic '67 Plymouth (my precious) has been to Drivelines. I have never left disappointed or questioning any of the repairs made. In fact, in my experiences, I've always been dealt with in a timely manner with having expectations exceeded on the price, repairs, and peace of mind.

• I had a clutch replaced in my S10, I could not be happier with the experience, I was given an honest and fair quote and they stuck to it, calling if anything else was found, which of course for these types of issues usually are. I have had the truck back for about a week and a half and drove to Oklahoma, no problems at all. Very happy with the work and attitudes, nice people, will be sure and go there again if needed. ~~Ken J

• Chad has been an awesome mechanic for my wife and me for many years. We have had a Mazda, Toyota, and a Chevy, and Chad has fixed them all. He has always been honest with us, telling us when a repair is needed for our safety. He has also told us when a repair was only for a more comfortable or quieter ride. I also appreciate the fact that when Chad says a repair is needed, he will tell me how soon it is needed and how much it will cost. On one occasion, he underestimated the cost of the repair, but he honored his word and did not charge more. I respect that about Chad. Finally, there are the "little" things Chad and Susan have done for us over the years, like surprising us with our car washed and waxed or providing a ride to work while the car was being repaired. For all these reasons and more, I gladly give Drivelines five-star rating. ~~Steve R.
• On my way home from skiing on New Year's Day, my PT Cruiser died & I was stranded in Edgerton. When asking for a local shop to use, Drivelines was mentioned by several people.  So, I called them the following day & had the car towed to their shop where it was determined that the ECU was bad and had to be replaced.  Not only did the owner fit me into what was already a busy time for them (having been closed for the holidays), but allowed me to shop for the best price on a replacement ECU.  The service & personal treatment provided by Chad and Susan went above and beyond what anyone could ask for.  I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your automotive needs. My sincere thanks to both of them for helping turn an unfortunate situation around. ~~Bill D.

• A very pleasant experience with owner/mechanic Chad and Susan. Found the shop by chance after several other area mechanics brushed us off on a Friday prior to a long weekend. • Chad, the owner, has been our mechanic since he started his career in Madison at Kayser Ford. He is the only mechanic we trust to do maintenance and repair on our 2003 Ford Escape. We just had our brakes repaired, tires rotated and got a new rear windshield wiper at Drivelines. What reasonable prices, compared to a dealership!
